I feel like such a bad ferret mum!
This morning was bad enough and then I accidentally stepped on my little fuzzy! She was laying down in under a folded over rug. TT__TT

I quickly called every exotic animal place I know of (I just adopted her about 4 months ago) and told them what happened, and they all said to take her somewhere, so I did.

When I got there they weighed her and felt around. The doctor said she didn't feel anything abnormal but to keep a close watch on her.

I can't sleep or eat not knowing if she's going to be okay.
I've become so close to her in the short amount of time that I've known her.

So, here's my question:
What kinds of signs should I watch out for in terms of internal bleeding?

She's been sleeping pretty much all day. I keep thinking it might be because she was awake all morning and she did have a long trip to the vet, as well as being in the vet's office. When she got home she played a little.

I've been waking her up every 3 hours to feed her a warm soupy crushed up version of her food, this way I know she's hydrated.

The doc did say that if she seemed lethargic to bring her back in for an xray. I will call tomorrow to have this done if it's necessary.
